In both my experiences there they've worked hard to get me back on the road, and they've treated me honestly.
Went there to see if they could help replace an aluminum wheel that cracked after I hit a pothole. It was late afternoon on a Saturday but they were open! The wheel was not immediately available so they welded the wheel (yes, welded it!) to get me through till early during the following week. When I went in to have the wheel replaced they said they found one that was cheaper than what they had been quoted, and they passed the savings on to me.
I brought my car in to have many rust spots fixed. When I got my car back, it looked like a brand new car! Thornton Collision worked its magic, albeit for a price, and now we have a beautiful looking car with no rust. And as an added bonus, they discovered a dangerous broken strut that they fixed, thus avoiding a potentially dangerous situation. We were very happy with the work done.
I went back a number of months later when the 12V battery in my hybrid died. They found a replacement quickly, even though the battery was a very unusual size and the dealer gave them the wrong one. They went back to get the proper one.
These guys do great work. They're reliable, honest, skilled, and friendly. I 've had them do many jobs for me, and they've never let me down. I highly recommend them.
Knowledgeable staff, quick to help, very loop popular with the locals! On my first visit, about half a dozen other customers came inside the center for various needs, and the owner knew then all by name. Definitely a family-owned, friendly atmosphere. Will use their services again.
